Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time, subject to the applicable booking terms.
- Eligible cancellations will receive a refund of the booking amount after deduction of a 2% transaction/processing fee, where applicable.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3 working days after the cancellation has been approved.
- Refunds will generally be made through the original payment method used for the booking.
- In case of no-show or early departure, the refund will be subject to the applicable booking and cancellation terms.
- Bookings made under special offers, promotional rates, group bookings, packages, or special event rates may be subject to different cancellation and refund conditions.
